Even Realities has unveiled its next-generation ecosystem: a pair of smart glasses accompanied by a smart ring controller.
The new products—the £599/€699 Even G2 Display Smart Glasses and the £239/€269 Even R1 Smart Ring—are a significant evolution on what we’ve seen from the brand before, though the focus remains on producing subtle, camera-free smarts. That means it’s still in contrast to a pair of smart glasses like the Meta Ray-Ban Gen 2.
The G2 uses a new optical engine with micro-LED projectors to place crisp, stable visuals in the user’s line of sight, which the company claims feels more like a natural enhancement of reality than a floating screen.
At just 36g and with an IP67 rating, they are built for all-day wear and are the first in their class to support a wide prescription range (from -12 to +12 diopters).
Meanwhile, the Even R1 is designed primarily as a discreet controller for the glasses.

This is a different approach to the smart ring form factor, which standalone health trackers like Oura currently dominate. While the R1 does track health data and introduces a “Productivity Score,” its main function is to allow users to navigate the G2’s interface with subtle gestures.
Instead, the real brains behind the ecosystem come from ‘Conversate’, the brand’s new contextual AI assistant. It’s designed to listen in during real-world conversations and provide subtle on-screen prompts, definitions, or context. After an interaction, for example, it generates AI summaries of the discussion.
The Wareable take
This combination is a fascinating new take on both the smart glass and smart ring categories—and not one we’ve yet seen outside of patent sketches from various big brands.
Essentially, it positions the ring as a computer mouse for the face-worn screen, creating a two-part system that aims to deliver AI insights without the awkwardness of a camera or the distraction of a phone.
The G2 and R1 are available globally from today, with a limited-time bundle offering 50% off the ring when purchased with the glasses.
