Whoop has officially announced the global launch of Advanced Labs uploads, confirming the wider rollout that users first spotted hitting their inboxes a couple of weeks ago.
As we and many others spotted in late October, members outside the US—including those in Europe and Asia—had begun receiving emails about the new rollout. Now, Whoop has made it official: the feature is live for all members worldwide, marking the first phase of its international health expansion.
The update allows users to upload existing medical results (such as cholesterol, hormone levels, or vitamin deficiencies) directly into the Whoop app via a PDF or screenshot. This is completely free and agnostic of where you got the test done.
Once uploaded, Whoop digitizes the data, mapping over 65 biomarkers alongside your daily physiological metrics like sleep, recovery, and strain. The platform’s AI Coach then analyzes the correlation, offering “science-based” advice on how your lifestyle is impacting your internal health.
Phase one complete, with more to come
While the Uploads feature is now global, the full Advanced Labs experience—which includes booking clinician-reviewed blood tests directly through Whoop—remains US-only for now.
Whoop has confirmed that the in-person testing component will expand internationally “in the coming months,” likely heading into 2026.
Whatever the case, completing this initial phase is a major capability upgrade that moves Whoop closer to its goal of becoming a whole-health operating system rather than just a fitness tracker.
By allowing users to centralize their health data from third-party doctors, the brand is moving quickly to compete with rivals that offer similar biomarker-bridging features, such as Oura’s Health Panels and Ultrahuman’s Blood Vision.
